So I have 15 lbs more to lose and I want to make a proper list of reward for every pound that I am going to lose.

What are some good ideas? I can think of manicure, pedicure, massage, new jeans.. I need 11 more :P

I reward myself for the behaviors not the results. If I'm on task most of the time I buy myself the reward. It's not any of these necessities but something totally optional and totally personal and totally a luxury I wouldn't otherwise treat myself too. Mostly I don't focus on the lbs, but rather the actions because as you may have noticed on this board the weight can fluctuate, also what if I get near goal and then weight gain becomes necessary as muscle to achieve the physique I want? This way I can keep right on going with rewarding myself for meeting the goals of exercising a certain number of times per week and reaching my cal goals within a certain range. IF I veer off that doesn't mean no reward, it just diminishes the amount I spend on that reward.

For your 11 things if you want to do it that way, here are my ideas.

    1) free weights
    2) a different size free weights
    3) a different shape free weight
    4) fancy perfumed shampoo and conditioner from a mall store
    5) a heavier free weight
    6) a cute totebag for summer
    7) a sunhat
    8) another even bigger free weight
    9) a roll on perfume
    10) a sandbag
    11) A man. Yes go out one night with a bunch of money in your pocket and do an ONS where you lure the man by buying him a crapload of drinks while wearing the skimpiest outfit you can concoct to show off your goal weight bod. The end.

    ETA: spelling, *smh*

Love the heavier and heavier free weight idea! Hopefully will be getting stronger and stronger!
