Eating back calories

I did not do this- I get my 15000 steps per day in and cardio but I am always under (weekly analysis said 7000 under) after exercise is added to the calorie count. I am not starving- I was satisfied. Weighed in and only lost .7 :(
I guess I need to add some calories in? Suggestions?
I drink plenty of water, stay low fat, lots of fruits and veggies so the calories I ate were quality ones...
