Has anyone attempted the Master Cleanser, aka the Lemonaded Diet??

If so, how did it go? Was it worth it?

    It works and it doesn't taste too bad. I lost the weight, and it was a great "jumpstart" but it wasn't worth it.

    I would highly recommend you search the message boards for "Master Cleanse" - there have been lots of discussions about this already. You'll find lots of opinions/experiences on this topic.
