Breakouts and Increased Intake of Veggies Correlation

So ever since I cleaned out my pantry, and only eat fresh fruits and veggies and the like, I've noticed that my pre-menstrual acne is gone. As it is, I have acne once in a blue moon, but when I do, I get it RIGHT before my period- like this one annoying spot on my nose- it looks like Rudolph when the light hits it :grumble:

BUT! Ever since I started eating spinach, tomatoes, and onions EVERY single day (somehow I incorporate these three into my day every day) my acne is gone. I have normally dry-ish skin, and my skin even looks smoother now without applying moisturizer- it seems to have a natural glow to it!

I think throughout this lifestyle change, I've really come to value nature so much, and what it has to offer!

I guess this wasn't much of a question, but rather me sharing my experience. xD

Do you think it could be those foods? I totally love me some spinach and onions, but I thought my cleared up skin was due to my birth control. xD Maybe it's both. My skin has certainly improved loads since changing my diet.

I tend to get one really big pimple on the side of my nose - it doesn't matter if I exfoliate or not, sometimes it just likes to come, and takes forever to shrink fully.

Not too sure if it is those veggies specifically, but I'd definitely say I'm eating lots of spinach every day, and SOO many green veggies overall!

Oh gosh, I know, those are the worst! Mine take like.. two days to go away or so :P

Increased water intake? That might also be helping.
