hello everyone. my name is tabitha. im 22 yrs old and my dr. told me to try this website out. so far i really like what i see. i have been working out for over six months now getting my weight down so i can join the army!!! i cant wait. my goal is to get to 120 lbs but to join the army i only have to make it to 138lbs. so anyways, after doing my workouts for so long and now having lost over 30 lbs, my body is slowing down and getting used to my work outs... so only 15lbs away from 138 and that last 15 lbs has really just stuck. im having trouble loosing any of it now. so im looking to switch up my routine and try to burn these last 15 lbs, my dr is also going to be checking me for diebetes in case my sugar is working against me. sooooo ill track my progress on here, wish me luck!! and good luck to everyone else who is struggling and working hard to be fit and healthy!

    Welcome and good luck! The army is a good choice. My husband is AD Army. 12 years and going strong for him. This is a great site. and the people are awesome here!
