Facebook Auto Posts

I have not linked myfitnesspal with my facebook because I don't know what it auto posts - I don't want my wight posted for everyone to see. If mfp auto posts to your facebook, would you share examples of what it posts please :-)

From what I see from friends who link their Facebook to their MFP, all their workouts and any weight loss gets posted. I, for one, do not like having my weight loss journey publicised. lol. I keep them separate.

I have mine linked but I have the auto post setting removed! I do not want anything posted on there and have not seen anything go on there. I have had it linked about 3 weeks.

I would never link them. I like to keep my FB friends separate from my MFP friends.

I have one friend on there who's facebook shares mfp stuff and it shows when she completes work outs,food diaries and weight loss. I don't care to publicize my work outs and weight loss with anyone on facebook either,so I keep them completely seperate!
