Hi all,

A little over 2 years ago I committed to making some healthy changes in my life and succeeded in losing nearly 50 pounds. I was loving the new me; my hockey game improved greatly and I even competed in a sprint triathlon (something I've always wanted to do since I was in high school). Around the same time I also started a new job helping people find quality reliable transportation at a price they can afford. (I sold cars :P) Everything was great health wise until about 9 months ago.

I started working extra hours which earned me a promotion to a management position. That meant sitting in front of a computer all day instead of being on my feet. I also wanted to make a name for myself (which I did and got another promotion) so I started working ridiculous hours not leaving me a lot of time or energy to work out regularly. Now if you don't know, dealership people like to eat and are often not very thrifty, so they order in a lot. By a lot I mean it's not out of the question for someone to grab McDonald's on the way in, have Chinese for lunch, and have a porter run and get a steak for dinner. Long story short (I know, too late) I started falling into that trap and gained back a lot of what I lost.

So here I am, back at it again with the confidence knowing that I've done it before and can do it again. One thing that really helped me last time was this site and the people on here. Encouraging others really helped me to stay motivated myself and it was such a boost to see a comment every now and then on my own logs. So feel free to send me an invite if you're looking for some buddies to work together towards achieving our goals.

Thanks for taking the time to read all this :)

(P.S. You'll see on my profile that I'm a Beachbody coach. I'm not on here to sell you anything and will NEVER even bring it up unless you ask me about it. Nor will I post about fit clubs or challenge groups or anything else BB related. I'm just here to work towards my goals, hopefully with some other like-minded people)
