I've been doing pretty well with my weight loss, but the last 3-4 days have been a nightmare. To put it in situation I guess, it was my TOM (still not over), and it's been warn, humid and just icky.

Anyway, I've had problems with insomnia in the last 3 nights. I must have slept maybe 10 hours in that time. I lie down but I just can't sleep and I stay awake for hours (I've tried to read to help, it didn't). So I've been totally exhausted, and my appetite has been pretty much non existent. I can feel that I'm hungry, but I don't feel like eating at all. So I'm forcing myself, and it just took me like 30 minutes to eat a 260 calories sandwich. Seriously every bite is a struggle. Last night I made myself a big plate of pasta and meatballs to get some calories, and I couldn't finish it. I've been eating between 1270 and 1450 (my BRM is around 1540), and still exercising, which I know is stupid, but it's the only thing that kinda of clears my head (couple walks and a les mills pump/lifting session). My TDEE-20% is pretty much 1700-1800 (I'm sorta between lightly active and moderately active I guess).

Am I sabotaging myself? What should I do? I have to take care of my kids all day so naps are not an option unfortunately, although I might have more lucky this week end, even though tomorrow is going to be busy. I've lost at least 3 lbs in 4 days though (it's going down and up a little), and I want to eat more, I just have no appetite whatsoever...
