My revelation!

I just realized (okay . . . so I'm a bit slow) that earning more calories via exercise does not increase the amount of sodium, sugars, carbs etc. that I should be consuming . . . or does it? Does this mean that I should be eating more vegetables and protein (as I'm not concerned with eating too much protein, or too much iron, calcium etc.) with these said "extra" calories? Hmmmmmm . . . . I think I'm onto something.

Hey you know what? I realized the same thing in time.... that you can consume more macronutrients as you burn calories, like carbs, proteins and fats. HOWEVER I would stay away from more sodium, sugar, and the other baddies, you know, just to be safe.0

Sodium stays the same...cals, carbs, protein, sugars, etc., increases with exercise0

Thanks gdrmuzak . . . sounds like I am even slower than I thought. Imagine doing this for six months and never really thinking about this.0
