I understand it is alternating days...question is, do you start with an "up" or a "down" day? How many of each are you supposed to have for the week?

    Start with whatever you feel comfortable with but it doesn't matter as long as you get started. There is a JUDD group here if you want more info.

    Start on an up day, to get you set up for a successful first down day :) You alternate days-so you'll have 3-4 down/fasting days a week, just depending on the week.

    For me I started on a down day, only because I had went over my normal calorie intake the day before(so I considered that an 'up day')... Momzeee is helping me too! :) Thanks girl.
