Hey out there in MFP-Land! I was on this sight several years ago and then kind of drifted away. And this last year some of the weight I had lost "drifted" it's way onto my backside.... I am a small animal veterinarian and a mother of two awesome kids, 5 and 8. I am a big-time outdoor enthusiast - kayaking, backpacking, skiing, snowshoing, mounatin biking, you name it! (I am also a self-professed "gear junky").
I lost 30 lbs after my son was born - actually made down to my high school weight! Unfortunately almost 1/2 of that has crept back on in the last year. I have run several sprint triathalons in the last couple of years, but last year I had an injury which took me out of the loop for awhile and I am having a hard time finding the motivation to get back to my workouts. My clothes don't fit and I just feel FRUMPY. I hate feeling frumpy.

So anyone who wants to help me find my motivation, I'd love to hear from you! Any novel workouts that might include being outdoors would be great too cause I get really bored doing the same thing all the time.
