Today is my first day and I am a little scared but happy to have this valuable tool to help me on my weight lose journey. I am excited to not only start but to get results. I am from Michigan and a wife and mother. I have been sick and tired of being sick and tired and FAT! I have a life to live and cant let my weight slow me down any longer.
If anyone has any tips or recipe suggestions feel free to pass them this way. I am not a red meat eater though. I would one day hope to become a full vegetarian. I feel that a lot of my issue is getting board fast with repetitive/redundant routines. So my exercise has always been a challenge for me.
Well I think that is about it in a nut shell. Hope to have a support team online as well as at home. **Keeping my fingers crossed**
