What's your excuse? Because I have none, and am off to my neglected workout bench and treadmill.

    LOL he has a great sense of humor, to boot! Awesome guy, doing some really beyond amazing stuff! I hope he finds a girl that is amazing as hiM!

    There's this woman at my gym who also has cerebral palsy, and she runs a whole lot more than me, and lifts 5x heavier than me lol. Plus, she's always making people smile :)

    I know I hide behind my pain disorder.

    This - Just really made me think "oh please, you're pain disorder isn't half of bad as what this guy is going through on a daily basis."

    I needed this. It'll be me reminder to push myself.
