So I have entered this years Tough Mudder event (uk), just wondering if anyone had any advice for training or surviving the event.

This is the last time I agree to do anything after a glass of wine lol :noway:

Do more upper body training than you think you will need, and tuck and roll if you land wrong. That's about all the good advice I can think of :happy:
