Low calorie alcohol/cutting down alcohol

Hello,
first time poster so if this is answered somewhere else let me know.
Here's the thing.
I'm on a very low calorie diet, but some of the things i do make avoiding alcohol very difficult. I'm trying to drink less but there's a lot of peer pressure, and honestly, some of the people i'm around would make you drink!
Any recommendations on alcohol/tips for cutting down that people would recommend?

You basically have to work in the alcohol intake for the number of calories you can have. You don't have to cut it out altogether unless it causes a problem for you to keep your calories where you want (I'm talking about adherence). After a few drinks, you might start to care less about not pigging out on bad stuff that you'll have no problem finding. So, work it in, but be careful.0

Vodka or Malibu and a diet mixer (diet coke is my preferred option) is my choice drink. It's bout 50 calories a glass!0
