New to these boards; from WW

Hi everyone!

I'm very new to posting on these boards and hope to make some new friends on here, who will help me along the way.

I have belonged to WW since last Aug 2012; lost 30 lbs in a decent amount of time, but then the Holidays came and I gained 5 lbs back. I'm still working on it, but love the taste of food a bit too much.

I love to exercise and go to the gym, try to every morning at 6 am. I also try and walk after dinner; especially now that the weather is getting nicer out:)

Any helpful tips that I don't already know; would love and appreciate anything.:flowerforyou:

    HI Shayla, I'm new here also, straight from WW. In fact, I have about a week left so I'm tracking on both sites right now, just to get an idea of how I currently work WW will work here and what I need to change up.
