Hello need help keeping focused

:smile: Hi all my first post, I have been been tracking for a few weeks. I had lost 5 pounds the first week then gained it all back last week and this week I have lost 1 poung. I have doing it the healthiest way I could by not starving myself and incorporating some excersice mainly walking 20, 5 times a week because I have been really busy. Seeing the scale go up just makes me feel in giving up, I know it took me around 4 months to gain about 11 pounds with stress eating so 3 weeks losing one pound well it's not bad but not really good either.

I guess I just want to hear from other woman in there early 40s if losing weight just got harder or is it just me??
