i just got a job which provides food at a ratio of carb 55 fat 25 and protein 30 %. i lost a lot of weight and saw great success with a 40 carb, 30 fat, 30 protein ratio in my diet, which i am currently still using.
i have about 3 weeks until i start this new macro ratio and was wondering how i can best make this macronutrient transition. i am now in the maintenance stage. thankyou for any responses.

Your job provides food at a specific ratio? Do they pick out all of your food for you? Are you an astronaut? I don't know how to make a macronutrient transition like this. What type of body changes do you think will happen?0
