Daily Exercise Log/ Time vs. Calories

Hi! I'm still kind of a newbie here. I have a question for you experts. I logged my exercise for today (60/60 goal minutes), but for "calories burned" for today, I got 477 calories burned vs. goal of 684 calories burned. I did Body Pump class, which is strength training, but really gets your heart rate up. Should I just ignore this daily goal? I always make my weekly goal of calories burned.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I don't pay attention to the goal of the day but I make sure I hit my goal for the week. I wouldn't worry too much. Any exercise is a step in the right direction. Good job!0
