Do you ever think that if you weigh yourself on a different scale that it may give you a number you didn't want and so you stay away from all scales but one? I do!! I have this idiotic idea that if I weigh myself on any scale but the one I started my diet on, it will be wrong in some way and I will be discouraged. So I only utilize the scale i initially stepped on at the beginning of my journey, that way even if it is not one hundred percent accurate, i at least know that it is not off in comparison to other scales...
Thats my diet fear, sounds a bit wierd I know! Does anyone else have any diet fears??

Yes, I do think that.... even though it's "just a number" - it has a lot of power over us.
Not long ago I was part of a weight loss contest at work, and the scale at work read about 5 pounds heavier than my home scale. I lost weight at pretty much the same pace at home and work, but I HATED seeing that higher number every time I weighed in. I have no clue if my home scale is the one that's correct, or the one at work (or neither) but I chose to believe that I weigh what my home scale says because it's lower and I like it better!!
