Back To MFP

Hi...my name is Sherry and I have used MFP in the past but I am back again giving this another try. This time I am doing this the way that works for me even though it may not be the way that works for everyone else. I don't claim to eat "clean". I am not eating a ton of junk food or anything like that but in the past what has always ended up happening is I eat super healthy for a while and then I just get tired of it because those are not the foods I really like and I go back to my old habits. So I am eating what I like in moderation to stay within my calorie goals and I am exercising most days. My favorite exercise is Zumba classes or Dance Central/Just Dance on the Xbox but I also enjoy walking and I have an exercise bike (I won't say I "like" it, but I do it sometimes lol) Like I said, I know this isn't for everyone but it's working for me. I also don't have my diary open as in the past I have felt "judged" instead of supported at times. I am looking for supportive, non-judgemental friends so if we have anything in common, or even if we don't but we can support each other without criticizing, then please ADD ME! :smile:

    Hi SherryL, I'm with you on all the above (except the exercise bike, lol). I actually go biking on occasion with my husband. I keep a closed diary because I am not reading others diaries so I don't see the point of them reading mine. As long as its working that's the entire point and glad your style fits your style and its still coming out a win! :-)
