How to avoid boring healthy food.

Often folks complain that "healthy" food is boring food. There is no reason for low calorie, well-made food to be tasteless or boring. Most herbs, spices, and other flavorings add little or nothing to your calorie counts and a little goes a long way. A clove of garlic packs a lot of flavor into 4 calories.
