I started my weight loss journey in November 2011 at 169lbs. I was slightly overweight and just sick of feeling bad about my body.
I stuck to calorie counting and fitness and managed to get to my low of 145lbs April 2012. Then, my ex of two and a half years broke things off, I went to college, and everything just got crazy.
I gained about 10-15lbs back and have been sitting between 157-160lbs for a few months now.

I'm not crazy about how my body looks once again, and I'm also experiencing more allergy/health related issues that seem to ease up when I'm being healthy. So needless to say, I decided it was time to get back at it.
I'm giving the primal blueprint diet a go, but looking at it as more of a lifestyle change with less carbs and more good fruits and veggies. I'm hoping to get down to 135-140lbs, but really looking for where I feel comfortable.

Anyone interested I'd love to help each other out!
