Worried about getting too little calories?

Long story short, if you don't want to bother reading all of the text below: will eating less than 1200 calories a day for just one or two consecutive days (after a kindasorta binge day) have negative effects on my body/health?
Details:
My birthday was yesterday, and, among other things, my family compiled a box full of all my favorite candies - pocky, dark chocolate, skittles, and many other delicious/evil things. Since it was my birthday, I ended up eating a LOT of it. Way more than I meant to. Since then I've felt slightly sick to my stomach, (even the thought of ingesting more junk makes me feel nauseous) and I haven't been very hungry. At all. I've forced myself to eat somewhat, and when I did, I only felt like eating actual healthy stuff for once - a bunch of nuts, greek yogurt, fruit and stir fried vegetables, and some miso... and I realized after adding everything up that I didn't end up hitting that 1200 mark for the day.
What I'm wondering is, if you don't feel hungry, and you've recently eaten a LOT in one day, are you "allowed" to eat a little under that minimum of 1200, just for a day or two? What would be the impacts on my body? Will it go into the dreaded starvation mode immediately? Will my sortofbingeday and a couple days of less than 1200 calories just average out, or is this a really bad idea? Even if I end up doing this, I would never make a habit of it, for obvious reasons...

Listen to your body. If you're hungry, eat. If you aren't hungry, don't.
One binge day isn't going to ruin your diet, especially since you probably aren't eating enough to begin with.0 -
Just to clarify, I'm not really worried about ruining my diet, I'm worried that if I feel sick and don't eat because I don't physically feel like it, my body will start getting energy by wasting away my muscles or something. I've actually gained some weight in muscle recently, and I'm not so much worried about my weight as I am about losing all the muscle mass I've worked for... which isn't much yet to begin with, but it's a start0

I don't think one or two days in a row under 1200 will do too much damage.. what I *am* concerned about is your family.. do they know you are trying to lose weight and be healthier? cause giving you chocolates etc is down right rude!0

I honestly wouldn't worry about it, first of all there's no point, it happened, and you should just carry on from there and continue doing what you've been doing. I know that in the moment your body may make you feel like "oh, I've ruined everything, I'm going to lose muscle mass" or whatever because you feel so sick, but really, it's only a day or two, so it's not gonna kill you. Don't worry0
