30 Pounds!

Hey, my name is Sasha & I'm new.
I weigh 200lbs, and I'de like to weigh 170, or less ;-)
I'm taking it one step at a time for now!

I could reallly use some motivation, anyone up for it?

    This is a great beginning for you! I LOVE this site, and I've only been on it a couple weeks (had a bloated weekend that slowed me down, but I'm back on track). It is sooooo easy to track things here, and there is such an encouraging support fan base here. I'm horrible at any other journaling, but here--I'm on it as much as facebook! (That says a lot, I have to admit! : D)

    Good luck, and most of all, make it as fun as you can!!

    You have taken the first step which is the hardest. It took me weeks of talking to myself about how I should eat better and excercise. MFP makes it very easy to see how your progressing. Just make sure you eat. You will have days where you want to quit but just remind yourself of how great you felt when you had a good day. Good luck and you keep your chin up and it will be fine. Especially when you can fit into some really cute outfit...:wink:
