Next Friday is my physical .... I am pretty excited to see what or how my blood work is... Day 40 of my cleanse is Wednesday I was hoping to see a -20 lbs

    I need to set up my physical. I should ask for some blood work, for the things that were sketchy before (testosterone, blood sugar) and see where they are now with my weight loss. They don't normally do blood work for people my age for a physical unless you ask for it. o:

    I have been putting those off for quite awhile. I have till the end of the year, lol.
