Finally off an 8 week plateau?

This would have been week 9. I am so happy!

I have a stupid question, however. Last night I actually for some reason became ill in the night and did vomit, once. I have had some extreme allergies and asthma so believe excess mucous may have nauseated me - it happens from time to time (only maybe every 3 years, but it does happen). That wouldn't be the reason for my weight loss, would it? It was about 8 hours before I weighed myself. I certainly hope that is not why I finally lost 2 pounds - I want it to be a real loss, kicking me off my long plateau!

I'm claiming it though -- 12 pounds lost, not 10! I do check my weight every day (no advice needed, it just works for me) so I will know something the next few days but just wondered if anyone had experience, or an opinion, about this question)

    Still 2 pounds down today so it must be real - yay!

    Congratulations on getting off that plateau! My personal rule is if it's still off after 3 days I bag it, no matter what I weigh on day 4 lol

    Good for you!!! my last plateau lasted almost 2 months and made me insane.. finally upped my exercise, changed it a broke through...hang in there.. I have found the closer to goal the more likely a plateau.. so fight through!
