Logging Doughnuts

I feel like I'm at an AA meeting, except I walked in with a 6-pack of beer.
But my cheat days don't feel like such a cheat when I log everything, and I still end up eating less when I log.
A great way to keep yourself in check - have kids. They'll take all the doughnuts before you get a chance to have too many

I get that when I log. It's almost like subconsciously (sp?) I'm more aware of what and how much of it I am putting in my body.
And as for the kids situation, I can't vouch for it but I have a vacuum cleaner for a husband. Half the time I don't notice he's got donuts or pastries until I see the wrappers in the bin. He's very good at not eating my favourite foods in front of me so I'm not tempted.0
