Hi Everyone,
I am new, I am 23 years old and would like to lose 31 pounds, it is a big task but I have decided to draw the line and never weigh this much ever again! I need to take control of my binge eating and my life. I know it is going to be hard but I look forward to being a healthier, happier person!

WOW! Congratulations on the weight loss. How have you done it? When did you start?
I have only been on here for a couple of days but I am already finding it is a massive wake up call as to just how much I have been eating and how bad the food is for me.
I have a couple of days left of exams so I am being pretty slack with my eating and exercising, but as of Tuesday morning I am on exam break and plan on making a conscious effort to change things!0
