Hi all My name is Rose and I am new on here and I have a question hoping some one will be able to help. I was wondering if I do not change the type of food I am eating but change the amount so I am reducing the calorie intake plus owing to a disability excerise is practically imposible because of the amount of pain I am in will I still be able to lose weight.
