Well Im about to turn 40 and am realizing the weight doesn't just fall off anymore. Hoping this program can help! Looking to drop from 207 down to about 190lbs. I'm a huge "foodie" though so not stuffing my face is going to be the biggest challenge!

Welcome! Remember, it's important not to look at this as though it is a diet. Think of it more as fueling your body with wholesome, good-for-you foods. Work towards being healthy and strong, and weight loss will follow.
