Hi
I'm in my thirties, a mom to 3 lovely kids and I'm now trying to loose weight to become healthier.

I was skinny as a teenager and in my early twenties, but after having kids I put on weight. So after christmas this year I started trying to loose weigth and work out to get in better shape. My goal is to loose 75 pounds and so far I've shed about 20. In the beginning I didn't count calories, but tried to eat healthier and cut out soda, candy and fast foods. But the last 3 weeks I've used MFP and registered everything I eat and exercise. Both to get a more effective prosess and to learn more about food.

I'm sure I'll get a lot of great tips and motivation from this forum. Can't wait to get to know all of you.
