Hello Fit Friends!
To make this easy green smoothie freeze separate portions of 60g kale leaves, a dozen grapes and a small sliced banana (roughly 90g) in zip lock bags.
I like to keep a stash in my freezer and then chuck the contents in a blender with a cup of almond/soy milk.
Smoothie ready in under a minute - yummo!
Does anyone else prep their smoothies??
