Hi everyone! I've been using MFP for ages now - on and off - and now am committing to it 100%. I am 140lbs and 5'2". I want to loose about 10lbs to get my BMI down to "Normal" and (I know you cant spot reduce) I also want to loose the belly! That diasterous middle section!
Im going to do my best and everything I can to keep to my 1200 Calories a day, and get as much exercise in as I can!
I want to look good for my final year of school and my holiday at the end of the summer - Here's to the next 3 months!
**BTW - you are all such huge motivation here, even reading the formus makes you feel like you arent in this alone! x
