Yogurt strawberries

Just thought i'd share this...

Ingredients
Strawberries
Greek Yogurt, Vanilla

Dip strawberries (halved or whole) in vanilla yogurt (Greek might be best, because it's thicker), then putting on a sheet pan lined with parchment or wax paper and freezing. Voila: Yogurt-covered strawberries!

Tried this in summer & it was very yummy!!! It helps with sweet cravings but i can't have any now because it is winter... brrrrr

It would be awesome if anyone has any quick & easy recipes to share to help me with my sweet & chocolate cravings during winter...

Thanks...
Giovanna :drinker:

i like my strawberries sliced with sour cream. no freezing involved. but i guess they disappear much faster that way.

have you tried chia seed 'puddings'? you add chia seed, milk or water, and cocoa powder, then let them plump up until the mass is gelly. works with strawberry and other flavours too. the texture takes getting used to, but if you're not expecting jello, it's actually quite fun.

or just add cocoa powder to your yogurt.
