tumblr is a blog site. Lots of people make blogs on there to help them stay motivated with the weight loss/health goals.

So... I made one yesterday. I basically did it to hold myself accountable. I'm finding that I am having so much more success when I document my daily activity and milestones. Glad to see a lot more people are doing the same. I haven't posted much, because it's so new. I'm still not sure what kinds of things to post. I guess we'll see...
