Eating all night... not really, but yeah...

I work a 8 hour shift, overnight... typically most weekends. I have a tendency to be
tired, lazy and just grab a pack of muffins from the deli/bakery area instead of finding
something better. I eat a light meal before I go to work so I don't feel tired and sluggish
AT work. I work in a grocery store and I am on my feet all night in the freezer where I
hang the price tags for sales, etc.. My section is the frozen and dairy. This weekend
I work tonight (10p - 6a) and tomorrow (same time).

HOW do I log the food I eat at work tonight? Do I log what I eat as food for today
(Saturday) or as food in tomorrow's (Sunday) diary? What should I gear towards to
eat a quick but filling bite when I take my 30 minute break? Food ideas? I work at a
Kroger so we have tons of stuff. Lol.

I'd say just pick one day and then stick with it, always logging it in as that, it'll make no difference to your weekly deficit :)
