Should i eat my tdee or what scared much!!

Okay so my tdee minus the percentages ect is 1,610 I'm currently put myself at 1450 which is what i have been okay with for the past week or so. Thing is i haven't seen any weight loss yet (maybe too early?) and yesterday did get slightly hungry in night has couldn't sleep (suffer from this sometimes and can last weeks and don't want to be binging ect)
What does everyone think? Please your advice is greatly appreciated and anyone in or has been in similar position please comment

Hard to really say without being able to see your diet.
One week will be tough to see weight loss in a week. Remember body weight can fluctuate by 3 lbs in a day for a variety of reason (most of which is water related). So you could have lost a pound of fat but gained a pound of water.
General advice is 4 weeks minimum so that the trend can overcome normal fluctuation.0
