Some Tips for Memorial Day weekend?

Hey everyone!

Any good recipe ideas for grilling this weekend that sticks to a lower calorie/higher nutrition value? I can't be active since I fractured my leg so I would like to be able to grill and eat with everyone without picking at salad the whole time! I have the 100% pork ball park hot dogs (which I think are pretty good and only 70 calories each!) and some turkey burgers... aside from veggies to grill.

Any smoker ideas? We have a smoker on our grill too and I have no idea if smoking meats changes the calorie values. We have a few racks of ribs, chicken drumsticks, and pork chops to try on it. :) I welcome all ideas!
