Everyone needs motivation

Hi everyone!

I'm a mom of 2, married with a very busy life. I started my healthy lifestlye and working out in April 2012. I've lost 35 lbs....but it wasn't easy and still isnt.

All I know is that I wont stop until this lifestyle becomes 2nd nature especially about the food. That is why I become a Beachbody Coach. Actually trying to help others helps me to take my own advice and stick to my plan.

What do you do to try to keep yourself motivated?
