    No problem!

My parents and I are going to China Star tonight and I wanted to get something healthy. They actually have a 'health food' menu. This is what popped up from the Google search! It even includes what substitutions to make (like breast instead of thigh meat). I'm getting the chinese veggies with shrimp--only 320 cals for the whole dish!

It's a useful tool, and will find low cal restaurants for you, but watch that sodium or you will be left wondering how you gained 3 lbs by eating a 200 cal meal.

They do track sodium on the site.
And that's an easy one for me; I just always drink two big glasses of water when I go out to eat.
