    amazing u have done so well, we are very similar in weight then and now. i started in jan2012 at 92Kg and now sat at 75kg ( from sizee16/18 to 12/14) and not finished yet. just gone under 12st and would love to hit 11st. would be happy to share secrets and motivate. add me. x

    You are an inspiration and you have given me some serious motivation. I am new to this site and so glad I found it.
    I am honest in my diary and admit it if ive drank too much alcohol or eaten some chocolate. I think its so important to be honest as would only be cheating myself. The good thing is it puts it there for me in black and white so I know exactly what ive done and where i need to cut back.

    The motivation comes from knowing ppl can see this, that I spent less time on face book and I can read amazing motivation stories like yours.

    Congratulations! You are an inspiration to the rest of us. I just started today and weigh more than I ever have in my life. 180 lbs. I'm 5'4". 174 for me is the start of obese. I'm a lot older than you and have dieted before with success, so I know I can do it again. Getting started again was the hard part. I'm on my way.
