Butt success stories....Anybody?!?

Ok who is proud of their butts and what the heck do you do to make it pretty ?... I feel like I will never get my butt where I want it to be and it is generally my main concern

I am presently doin JMBR and 1 week ago added Brazillian Butt lift.. i am hoping it works cause as i lose weight i realize am losing my buttt..

Theres always room for improvement but I am quite fond of my butt as is right now. I do squats, lunges and dead lights with heavy weights (by that I mean as heavy as I can do 8-10 reps with good form) 3 sets. I also do things like bridges,wall sits/squats, donkey kicks.
I've been doing this workout the past month or so a couple times a week I think its done good things to my butt.

hi....have you tried the butt bible? google it.....and the workouts are free on youtube.....you can read up on the reviews also.......i think that might be your road to a sexier butt0

I really like the butt bible. It's pretty basic moves (squats and lunges) but doing everything one after the other for 20-40 minutes makes every inch of my butt and thighs sore. I've noticed a difference in my butt, for sure....more round and perky.
The DVD set comes with 3 workouts, level 1,2, and 3. Level one was pretty easy but a good warm up for the first week or two, level two brings it. I haven't went to level 3 yet. I'm content doing level 2 once or twice a week for a bit longer
The instructor is rather funny, too.0 -
@nicole........well you r infront of me.................i'm in my second week of level 1...........then im moving up to level 2..............and trust me the lower body workout burns my butt......i like d fact she says to work through the pain and crack that nut in the bridges....lol

I'm more satisfied with my butt now then I ever been but still not happy, my butt is so small right now that pants don't stay up even with a belt. I'm trying to lift my butt, been doing a lot of squats and lunges. I see some change but nothing to brag about yet.0 -
