Wow what a difference! I'm on day three and I hope to stay with it. I'm sooo sore. Is that why you skipped days? Today I felt was my weakest workout. My calves and pecs are sooo sore. Jumping jacks were painful today and I cheated a little with jogging in place.... Don't tell Jillian lol0

I just started it today, and it kicked my butt!!! However I need to do something to tighten up all my loose skin my weightloss surgery. I have lost almost 100 pnds.
And I know working out with Jillian will do that for sure.

You look great, I am on day 5, getting a little bored of level 1 but have looked at level 2 and it looks hard!! I don't have much upper body strength so I think level 2 will really challenge me.0

Yeah, I was really sore at he start too :laugh: it does get easier though! That is one of the reasons I didn't do it everyday, but mainly cos life got in the way!!!0 -

I mean MFP calories. I haven't really changed what I eat much, just cut right back. I now realise I don't need to put all that crap in my body. Only eat when you're hungry! If you need to eat your exerise calories, do, somedays I do, some I'll only eat half back.Trust me, it works!! good luck x0 -

Anyway, now I've seen what can be achieved, you've spurred me on to fit it in sometime today - thanks

I stayed up to watch too! Great wasn't it!
The problem is, I took measurements and weighed myself at the start, but stupidly I've lost the info!!! I would say overall I lost about 10lbs, but as I said, I didn't do it everyday, so it took longer than 30 days! :happy:0 -
