Wow what a difference! I'm on day three and I hope to stay with it. I'm sooo sore. Is that why you skipped days? Today I felt was my weakest workout. My calves and pecs are sooo sore. Jumping jacks were painful today and I cheated a little with jogging in place.... Don't tell Jillian lol0

I just started it today, and it kicked my butt!!! However I need to do something to tighten up all my loose skin my weightloss surgery. I have lost almost 100 pnds.
And I know working out with Jillian will do that for sure.

You look great, I am on day 5, getting a little bored of level 1 but have looked at level 2 and it looks hard!! I don't have much upper body strength so I think level 2 will really challenge me.0

Yeah, I was really sore at he start too :laugh: it does get easier though! That is one of the reasons I didn't do it everyday, but mainly cos life got in the way!!!0 -
