    Fabulous transformation! Great job! I know what you mean about not being able to see it for yourself- it makes it hard to keep up the effort sometimes doesn't it? But it is well worth it as you just proved! :)

    7 months... I was stuck in a plateau a lot!!! ... one thing I would advice u is not to overdo anything... you wont get results; when it comes to diet or exercising!
