I'm pretty picky when it comes to food. I usually stick to eating the same stuff all the time. How can I change it up if I don't like a lot of different foods? Anyone know of a good place to get recipes? I usually stick with chicken, pork chops and hamburg. I make stir fry, sausage gravy, spaghetti, and other simple dinners. Also for lunches, what's some good ideas for low calorie lunches.

There are a million ways to cook chicken. A good resource is Pinterest. There are TONS of recipes and ideas. Hope this helps!

Why change it? With the same foods over and over it's easy to be consistent, and easy to log.

It's easy to log, but by not really deviating much, I know that I get bored and I'm more likely to "binge" and just eat foods that I usually don't eat.
Definitely check out Pinterest!! It will definitely broaden the spectrum and even for picky eaters!

    What's pinterest?

    www.pinterest.com

It's a craazzzyy addictive site. It's described as an online pinboard, where you can make boards with different subjects, such as health and fitness ideas, recipes, vacation planning, design a home you can never afford lol, hair and makeup ideas, and pretty much anything else you can think of. It's completely free and public. It's like Google with social networking!
