    weight: 220 ( I just had a baby so losing 2 lbs a week should be a do able goal.
    work out 3-5 days a week
    fit into pre-prego pants

    Hello!

    Well, I have an AWESOME group of members already and we just completed an 8-week challenge. Rules are simple - we post our weights weekly on Mondays and I update a spreadsheet. The "Biggest Loser" of the week then drops by with a fitness challenge for all members to complete during the week. This is in addition to the personal challenge I post for everyone each week. We have a lot of fun and lose a lot of weight.

    We are opening up our challenge for NEW MEMBERS! Wanna Join? Come right over.

    We are re-starting a 10-week challenge. Our first weigh-in is Monday, July 30th.

    So.... if you want to join... here's what you need to do:
    (1) Post your current weight (starting weight for the challenge)
    (2) Set a goal for 10 weeks from now (Weight-loss, fitness, clothes... anything)
    (3) MOTIVATE yourself to participate in our weekly forum discussion. The more involved you are, the more fun it is. And you'll remember to weigh-in.

    I'm not looking for people who are going to stick around for 2 weeks and then vanish. Dedication!!!!! WOO! :smile: :smile:

    Is it too late to join? I'm 156lbs and in 10 weeks I want to fit into my sz 8 favorite blue cocktail dress that has been in a box for a year. 10-15 lbs should do it.

    10wk CW 274lbs , I'm thinking big, it may be a stretch, but I'm going for it. =)

    Currently on Optifast Diet Program, I also take a Protein shake not incorporated with the diet and a B liquid enhancer for the extra burn.

    I work out in the gym 3 to 4 times a week, I was recently in a car accident just a little over 2 weeks ago and I'm still trying to get my neck back to normal ( whiplash ). I also suffer from Spinal Stenosis in my lumbar spine, which can cause me to collapse and pulsates extreme amounts of nerve pain throughout my lower back, but with years of living with it, I've been able to somewhat control it, which allows me to walk around, go to the gym and be pain pill free. On my off gym days, I push myself to at least be active throughout my day to burn at least 300+ calories and get a good number of stretches in.

    I hope it's not too late for me to join.

    Hiya, I'd love to join. I've been on mfp for a while and gained back 15 lbs which I'm trying to lose again. Today is the 30th and my weigh in for this morning was 190.6. My goal for 10 weeks is 180!
