    You actually looked nice in the beginning. i mean, I could tell from the first picture that you have a lovely natural shape with terrific thighs. It's no surprise that you look gorgeous now after losing weight and enhancing those natural attributes even more!

    yes I do, I have always been active but I had poor life choises, not sleeping enough, not drinking enough water etc..... those actually have bg impacts.... those are the onesthat got me big results. I used to eat once a day, one big meal and never drunk water. I used to drink other drinks like coffee and etc... now I dont drink anything else expect water and I still eat my favorite foods .... my motivation is myself. I want to be the best verion of myself and also MFP friends are such motivators!
