P90x (Cardio)

Hello, I was just wondering if it's possible for me just to do the P90x Cardio exercise only and still lose weight? How much would I lose per week if I did the whole exercise each day? I don't know why but when I do the other P90x exercises I just can't make it through them like I can with the cardio... =/

It is possible, but it's safer to add more exercises to your arsenal. There are plenty of useful videos on youtube for cardio and weightless strength training workouts. You shouldn't only do P90x.0 -
You do the other exercises so you get better over time building muscles so at the end of the 90 days you can get trough them.
Did you do the fit test at the beginning of the program? If you came through that you should be able to do everything (doesn't mean ever exercise mucho repeats, but at least do enough to benefit. Just cardio is good for you as well, but to lose a lot of weight you'll need to do muscle exercises as well.0
